A new AI tool lands every week, and most owners have no time to tell the real ones from the hype, or to figure out where any of it actually helps their business. The tools already exist. What is missing is someone to sit with your operators, find the few that fit how they already work, set them up, and train the team to use them. That is the whole job. We are based in New York and work with small teams who have heard about AI for two years without ever putting it to work.
The founder
Nexera is led by Eli Almo, who started the firm to do one thing well: cut through the noise and get the right AI tools into the hands of the people doing the work.
Most of that work is with small teams across construction, real estate, PR, and professional services, the operators who hold a city block together and rarely have an hour to spare for new software.
