Once you enter a monthly AI spend above, we estimate how long until savings cover that cost.
An estimate of time that could be freed if the tools are adopted and used, not a guarantee. See how this is calculated below.

How this is calculated
Annual hours back = team size × repetitive hours per week per person × 50% × 50 working weeks per year.
The 50% is the share of your targeted repetitive hours that AI realistically takes off your plate, not a claim about your whole job. We anchor it on a Penn Wharton synthesis of real deployments, where task-level time savings average around 25% and run as high as 55% on the work best suited to automation. We use 50% because the tasks we target (drafting, data entry, retrieval, status updates) sit at the automatable end, and we stop there rather than quoting the headline highs.
Annual cost saved = annual hours back × your loaded hourly cost (wage plus benefits and overhead). The $65 default is a conservative blend: about a $50 wage times a 1.3x load. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics puts the real loaded cost of a professional worker near $77 an hour, so $65 is deliberately cautious.
Payback months = current monthly AI spend ÷ monthly cost saved. Hidden until you enter a current spend. We don't quote Nexera prices here on purpose. The consult is where scope and cost get talked about.
This is a projection, not a quote. It estimates time that could be freed if the tools are adopted and used. We lead with conservative, sourced numbers so the figure you see is one we can stand behind.
